Love of Chrysanthemum

Because of their beauty, Chrysanthemum have long been a symbol of the Japanese royal family, and from Japan they have spread all over the world. They symbolize power, eternal life, abundance and happiness. They call them autumn roses, autumn beauties and seducers. Varieties with large flowers and longer stalks look decorative and last a long time in a vase, like cut flowers.

In Japan, it even got its place on the national coat of arms and has its day - "Happiness Festival". It symbolizes eternal life, power, happiness and wealth. It is brought into close contact with the Sun because it is believed to be the carrier of Yang energy and is therefore an indispensable part of every home or garden. It is also believed to be the flower of the Sun and a symbol of the imperial family.

It is interesting to add the belief that originates from the East that one petal in a glass of wine can provide a long and healthy life.

The flower is originally golden-yellow, while today there are thousands of different species and colors in the world, all of which have their own special meaning:


White Chrysanthemum - is associated with truth, clarity of thought and correct decision-making, so as such it is suitable for an object that helps in meditation

Red  - a sign of love and strong passions

Purple  - shows elegance and nobility

Blue  - brings with it calmness and inspiration

Orange - a sign of warmth and progress

Yellow  - as the saddest symbol, it bears the sign of unrequited love
